The two-tone colorway of this men’s wallet is subtle enough to bring out the unique texture of its Taiga leather. Introduced by Louis Vuitton in 1993, Taiga leather is achieved by buffing and sanding out all marks and imperfections before imprinting the leather with a new grain. This method is frequently used for men’s collections as the fine grain of Taiga leather makes it more durable against daily wear. The fine grain also makes the embossed “LV” logo barely visible at the bottom corner of the wallet, giving an understated recognition of the leading French luxury fashion house.
