Some of the signage on buildings visible in the image include: Jefferson Medical Institute, Jackson & Goodman Dry Goods, R & G Corsets, and E. F. Whitcomb. Across the Savannah River, the rice fields of South Carolina are visible. The publisher of this stereograph card was the Keystone View Company, a major distributor of stereographic images.
