Abstract:
"This thesis is an attempt to recreate the ancient temples compound in Indonesia with the new perspective of modern system. As the site specific strength this area is one of the most prominent area in Indonesia. As developing country in South East Asia, Indonesia has faced tremendous challenges. However Indonesia still have strength and potencies. The forte which Indonesia has been proven fascinating for century is the tourism. Since the Dutch Colony until the 'Bali Trend', this sector never set back. It can be one of Indonesian excellence if it is developed well. The selected site for this project could be representation for the next generation of tourism and heritage conservation which can be bound together. The selected sites are the three temples in Yogyakarta region (Prambanan Temple-Ratu Boko Temple-Ijo Temple). These three temples are designed to be the pilot project of comprehensive tourism and conservation complex."
