Abstract:
"I was challenged with the task of creating five different characters in the heavily ensemble-driven performance of Rick Elise's 'Peter and the StarCatcher.' This thesis uncovers the techniques used to create these characters and to assure that each one is distinct from one another in order to lead the audience in a clear and effortless journey. Within this Thesis I explore outside/in acting techniques of Michael Chekhov, David Alberts, Stanislavsky, and Anne Bogart to construct and define these characters."
