Abstract:
"This thesis explores habituated use of personal technology devices. On average, adults spend 1.5 hours per day engaged in the virtual world often to the detriment of their relationships in the present world. This thesis considers how form, material and proxemics in furniture can support better choices in the use of personal technology. This thesis is intended to span three furniture categories while providing solutions for millennials." --Abstract
