Abstract:
"The famous 'Battle of Red Cliff' in ancient Chinese history is an epic battle tale of the victory of the weak over the strong. Using 3D tools to recreate a large-scale CG visual representation of the battle, instead of relying on existing historical texts, can help bring the moral of the story to more people. A workflow for a small group or individual artist will be explored by using the Red Cliffs war as a case to prove the viability of various effects techniques such as Pyro, and fluid simulation." --Abstract
