“The development of technology and artificial intelligence has penetrated every aspect of our lives, bringing convenience to our lives but also limiting us. Lots of reports shows how the progression of technology bring negative impact on adolescent mental health. We think about efficiency while ignoring our feelings. Every interaction with technology also has an emotional connection. This paper reconsiders how to use emotional design to accept and understand our different emotions and combine with technology to create and care about our emotion wellbeing.” – Abstract
