Abstract:
|
"In general, inspired by their cultures, the acting style in traditional Eastern theatre (e.g., Chinese Opera) is presentational, while in contemporary western theatre is more internally motivated. Performing in the one-man play A Letter from an Unknown Man (adapted from A Letter from an Unknown Woman by Stefan Zweig) provides an opportunity to explore the possibility of combining the unique cultures in the performance." --Abstract
