Abstract:
"The goal of this project was to understand how to build a game based solely on relaxing the mind and mood. This type of goal will separate this project from a 'casual' game, for this game will be intentional in its objective. The idea of relaxing with a game is not new, but the concept of playing a game built for relaxation is a new idea. Using relaxation techniques inside of engagement curves, defines and separates the features that qualify a game as a potential new genre developed for mental wellness." --Abstract
