Abstract:
“Based on the backdrop of the thriving development of electric vehicles in the present era, this paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on the scenario where the future growth of the electric vehicle market will result in increased production of power batteries. Simultaneously, an investigation is carried out on power batteries that are no longer suitable for electric vehicles, revealing their potential for alternative applications. Based on this possibility, the market and user analysis identifies a design direction and explores the feasibility of repurposing decommissioned batteries into camping trailers, thereby achieving a circular and electrified trailer design. In summary, this paper delves into the potential benefits of repurposing retired power batteries and explores their application in the design of camping trailers, aiming to achieve sustainable resource utilization and electrification of trailers.” –Abstract
