Abstract:
“In a time when political brainwashing is everywhere but not always talked about, bringing different ideas into subcultures becomes a powerful way to fight back. This essay looks at how subcultural movements challenge the usual political stories and offer new views to those in power. The study explores how subcultures handle and resist mainstream thinking by looking at these groups, their values, and how they interact with big political systems. It argues that subcultures are important places to rethink political power and freedom today, showing how they promote a wide range of ideas. Lastly, the study highlights the importance of having different viewpoints to encourage more critical and independent political involvement.” –Abstract
